Service Description

Appointment Required! Available in person at our Layton office or via Telehealth. Your first visit will be a comprehensive consultation, during which Ena will spend 60 minutes getting to know your unique needs and concerns and helping you craft a personalized treatment plan to help you feel your best. This will include an in-depth holistic evaluation of your history; your current nutritional, sleep and lifestyle habits, environmental factors, current physical and emotional health, and health goals. Because we believe in getting at the ROOT of your health concerns and not just treating symptoms, this visit will include the ordering out of comprehensive lab tests* of your blood, hormones, G.I., thyroid, and more! Your typical primary care provider and OBGYN do not order many of the essential tests needed to get a holistic view of what's going on in the body. *Any test results and interpretations ordered during this visit will be reviewed during a follow-up visit approximately 2-3 weeks later after lab results are received.
