Service Description

Appointment Required! No Walk-Ins. Available in 30min, 45min, and 60 min increments in person at our Layton office or virtually via Telemedicine. After your initial visit, a Follow Up Visit approximately 2-3 weeks later (once lab results are received) will be scheduled. Ena will review with you her interpretations and provide a custom personalized treatment plan. Third visits and beyond will be follow-up visits to evaluate how things are going. These occur approximately every 3-4 months or less depending on your unique needs. Ena will work with you to prescribe and monitor any supplements*, hormone therapy**, nutritional information, and/or other prescription medications designed to help you feel better. She will also provide Health Coaching and patient education discussing lifestyle, nutrition and mental/emotional wellness. *custom supplement plans may be available on site for purchase for your convenience.
